RADION is an 18+ venue. Some events are 21+ — check the event page before you buy a ticket. You need a valid physical ID at the door: a passport, ID card or driving licence. Photos and copies are not accepted, because the door team has to be able to verify the document itself.

Entry can be refused. The door team makes the final call, and these are the grounds:

• no valid physical ID
• visibly intoxicated on arrival
• aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other guests
• large groups arriving together without tickets
• clothing or symbols that conflict with our house rules

A ticket is a condition for entry, not a guarantee of it. If you are refused at the door, contact [email protected] and we will look at your case.

RADION is built on respect. Discrimination, harassment or intimidation of any kind is not tolerated — this rule exists so that everyone on the floor can feel safe. If someone crosses your boundary, approach Club Care, security or the bar staff and they will act.

• look out for each other and check in with your friends
• ask before you touch, ask before you photograph
• approach Club Care, security or bar staff if anything feels off
• drugs are not permitted; dealing means immediate removal and a report to the police
• photography and filming on the dance floor without consent is not tolerated
• aggression towards guests or staff means removal from the building

If you use medication, hand it in at the entrance: security stores it safely and you can collect it whenever you need it. We advise closed-toe footwear — the club is a busy space and glass happens.

Payment

The bars work with tokens. You can buy tokens at the token desks by card. This keeps the queues at the bar short.

Lockers

There are small coin lockers for phones and wallets, and large lockers for coats and bags. Large lockers cost EUR 12 rental plus a EUR 10 deposit, which you get back when you return the key. If you have a problem with your locker during the night, ask the Club Care team at their booth next to the Bovenkamer entrance.

Lost tickets

Tickets are sold through Stager. If you cannot find your ticket, check your mail filters first, then contact Stager support through your order confirmation.
