Safer clubbing

Need support?

During the night: go to the Club Care booth next to the Bovenkamer entrance, or approach any member of security or bar staff. They are trained, they will not judge, and they will not involve anyone you do not want involved.

Club Care

Club Care is RADION’s in-house awareness and support team, started by our former colleague Isabelle. You will find their booth next to the Bovenkamer entrance, every club night. They are there for check-ins, first aid supplies, support when you have taken too much, help with your locker, and small comfort items like earplugs and water. You do not need a reason to stop by.

Safer clubbing values

A dance floor only works when everyone on it feels safe. That is not a slogan — it is the condition for the music to do its work. We expect every guest to carry part of that responsibility, and we back it up with trained people in the building all night.

Looking out for each other

Come with friends, leave with friends. Check in with the people around you, and if you see someone who looks lost or unwell, ask if they are okay or point Club Care their way. You will never be in trouble for asking for help — for yourself or for someone else.

Accessibility

The former ACTA building is old and not every corner of it is easy to reach. If you have questions about access, quiet spaces or anything else you need to enjoy the night, mail [email protected] before you visit and we will work it out together.

Aftercare and feedback

Something happened during your night that you want to talk about afterwards? Or feedback on how we handled a situation? Mail [email protected]. A person reads every message, and we reply.
